Obituary of Gail Lynn Dorsey

Gail Lynn Dorsey February 5, 1947- January 9, 2022 Gail Lynn Dorsey passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 74 from complications due to Pneumonia. Gail was raised in Southern California and lived in Colorado for 50 years. A beloved mother and Grandmother, Gail is survived by her two daughters Heidi Young and Casey Dills O†™Donnell, siblings Gary Johnson and Carol Mannino, stepfather Donald Mansfield and her 6 grandchildren. Gail assisted in the raising of all 6 of her grandchildren ranging in ages from 30-13 and will be truly missed by all. Gail took pride in being a Nurse, lifelong caregiver, home remodeler, master gardener, and politically active democrat for her entire life. Although Gail†™s death came quickly, both of her daughters and all of her grandchildren were able to say goodbye. Her family knows she is now walking in heaven with her father, mother, grandparents, and her many animals. Gail will be laid to rest at the Golden Cemetery and funeral services will be held on January 22, 2022. The family asks in lieu of gifts or flowers to please send donations to St. Johns Lutheran Church in Thornton Colorado as she was a very active lifelong member in every Lutheran church to which she belonged.
