Obituary of Sammy Antanacio Maes

Sammy Maes, born March 28, 1950 passed February 28, 2022. Sam passed away surrounded by his beloved family. Sam was 71, born in San Luis, CO. to Richard and Casilda Maes. Sam grew up in Denver, graduated from Denver West High School. He attended community college before entering the US Army with service in Vietnam. After his discharge from the Army he began working in the car business, working 45 years. He loved camping, fishing, hunting and playing poker. On a vacation to Cancun, Mexico he met his wife Linda. The most important thing in Sam's life was family; wife Linda, children Richard (Faith), Lisa (Jared), Matthew, Daniel (Sarah). Grandchildren Kaysn, Daymn, Ryan, Erica and Graham. Sister Shirley (Ruben) and Judy (Albert). Preceded in death by his brother Jim.
