Obituary of Eugene Anthony Lara

Eugene †œGeno†� Anthony Lara, 51, was born March 19, 1971 in Denver, Colorado to John Lara and Irene Tafoya. Eugene entered into heaven April 22, 2022. He was preceded into death by his father John Lara; and his grandfather Emiliano Marez. He was survived by his son Zachary Lara; his mother Irene Tafoya; his siblings Nathan Lara, Jacqueline Dennis, brother-in-law James Dennis and numerous nieces and nephews. Geno was a devoted father, and a loving brother, son and uncle. He met the love of his life Laura Gonzales at 25 years old, and became a father to Zachary Anthony Lara. Geno and Laura couldn†™t be happier. They were so excited to be parents. He began his tattoo artist career at a very young age by drawing whatever came to his creative mind. He would have pages and pages of drawings that were just amazing. He started tattooing in different shops and that was his life. He tattooed for almost 30 years. His passion was drawing and tattooing, his imagination had no end when it came to drawing. His other passion was fishing. He loved fishing so much, he would kiss the first fish he would catch, no matter if he would throw it back or not. He could spend hours out there fishing. It was relaxing to him. His getaway. He will be forever loved and deeply missed. Rest in Paradise Geno
