Obituary of Aaron Leyba

Aaron Jesse Leyba was born on January 10, 1975, in Denver, Colorado and passed away on June 25, 2022, in Thornton, Colorado. He was one of 16 children born to Alfred and Sue Anne Leyba. Aaron served his country in the Air Force. He was handsome with a great smile and a quick quiet wit. He was always willing to lend a hand. Aaron enjoyed the water, fishing and the outdoors. He especially liked being in the Rocky Mountains. He was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be forever in the hearts and minds of all who knew him. Aaron is survived by his mother, Sue Anne Leyba; children, Brooke Montano, Courtney Brock, and Taylor & Justin Leyba; grandchildren, Stella DeVisser and Jaxon Putnam; siblings, Alan Leyba, Margaret Leyba, Abraham Leyba, Ella Monica (Rodney) Fair, Tammy (Bill) Neumann, Elsie (William) Potts, Shane (Lisa) Leyba, Alfred (Celia) Leyba, Jr., Corey (Kacey) Leyba, Rachel Leyba, Jessica (Ivan) Dixon, Vanessa Leyba, and Nathaniel (Brittney) Leyba. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Aaron was preceded in death by his father, Al Leyba, Sr.; sisters, Darlene and Suzanna Leyba; niece, Shantay Huntington; and nephews, Mark (Markie) Manibusan, Grant Fair, and Tony Dean Huntington.
