Obituary of Diane Sue Kirk

Diane Sue Kirk

Born May 1st 1957 in Waterloo, Iowa to Charles and Joyce "Campany" Bruner.

Died October 22, 2022 at the age of 65 in her home after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Diane moved to Arvada in 1972 with her family and graduated from Arvada West High school in 1975. After graduationshe went to work for Mountain Bell, Kaiser Permanente and in accounting for Western States Minerals.

She was united in marriage to Curtis Kirk August 24, 1984 and they were blessed with 2 children Michelle and Drew.

Diane enjoyed her family, many friends and especially her 2 grandchildren Landon and Makenzie. She also enjoyed mountain vacations, Angels, her glass horses and reading.  

She is preceeded in death by her father Charles and brother Jon.

She is survived by her Mother Joyce Bruner of Arvada,  CO, Husband Curtis, Daughter Michelle (Luke) Hodge of Arvada, Son Drew (Brandy) Kirk and of Erie CO,  Sister Julie Hilbert of Arvada, CO and Nephew Matt (Hannah) Hilbert of Golden, CO. 

Many cousins and friends and loved by all.

Memorial service will be At Aspen Mortuary in Arvada Saturday the 29th of October at 11am. With a following a reception at her home. 

Interment will be at Arvada Cemetery at a later date.
