Obituary of Joann Parker

           In Loving Memory of Joann Lorraine Parker.

Joann resident of Thornton, Colorado passed away on January 27, 2023 peacefully in her sleep at the age of 92,  surrounded by her family.  She was born in Pueblo, Colorado on October 18, 1930.  Moved to Washington state in 1935, where she grew up in Puyallup.  She graduated from Puyallup High School.  Married Russell Parker and raised her 8 children.  She moved to Colorado in July 1972.  She is proceeded by her husband of 58 years, sons Dale and Eugene.  Surviving children Larry, Elaine, John, Russell Jr, Darrell, Brenda and several Grand Children and Great and Great Great Grand Children.  She was a member of the Commerce City Eagels and the VFW. She enjoyed going bowling with her grandson, dancing, fishing, and many other out door activities,  She enjoyed being with her family and many friends.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  She is now at peace with her husband and sons. 

Celebration of Life will be held at the Commerce City VFW, on February 19, 2023 at 12:00 ~ 6:00 pm.
