Obituary of Karl Troestler
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Karl Troestler, age 56, of Golden, CO. Karl passed away peacefully on February 23, 2023.
Karl was born on October 30, 1966 to James and Roberta (Labatte) Troestler in Washington, D.C. He was raised in Columbia, Maryland and attended Frostburg State University.
Karl is survived by his wife, Jennifer Troestler (Rombach); his beloved children, Jack (22) and Abigail;(20) his brother Mark (Lisa): mother Roberta as well as many extended family members and dear friends. Karl was predeceased by his father, James.
Karl enjoyed all things Colorado, especially mountain biking and hiking. The family will celebrate his life this summer by visiting his favorite trails.
